October Holiday Water Polo

Boot Camp

Year 7/8 & Year 9/10

We are excited to announce we are running a boot camp for Year 7/8 & Year 9/10 players during the October school holidays.

This will be run by our head coach Csaba and his coaching team.

This boot camp will include swim sessions, water polo skills sessions, mini tournament, nutrition, yoga, strength and conditioning, classroom theory sessions/rules knowledge.

We are pleased to introduce our special guest, Tania from Breathing Matters, who is a specialist in children's yoga. This session will emphasize warm-up and cool-down routines, along with breathing techniques. It is specifically designed for students aiming to improve their performance through breathwork, postural alignment, and movement. The programs are highly engaging, incorporating elements of yoga, Pilates, and breathing practices. These methods have been shown to enhance performance in sports, on the court, and in academic settings. This program is tailored for sports teams and athletes.

We also have nutrition expert Conrad Goodhew who is known for his work with the Crusaders rugby team. Promoting the idea that nourishing the brain boosts the body, enhancing overall productivity.

We look forward to seeing you all there!
